Terms and Conditions

All others must be place at least 7 days before event date.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing order. We accept all major credit cards,paypal and e-transfer. A payment invoice will be sent to you to confirm order and payment. A fee of 2.9% will be charged for all credit card payments.
All cancellation requests must be received within 72hrs before the event date. If not, deposit would be non-refundable.
All equipment must be used for its intended purpose, no standing or kneeling on any of our rental equipments. We will not be liable for any injury or harm caused by improper use of our rental equipments.
All rental equipment must be returned in the original condition. Damage to any of our equipment will require a full reimbursement of the market value.
All rental equipment must be kept at the address specified on the invoice.
A fee of $100 will be required if you need us to set up the rental equipment at your event.
A late pickup fee of $100 will be charged if you are unavailable at the specified pick up time.
All rental equipment must be returned in clean condition. A fee $100 will be charged if any of our equipment are returned in a deplorable condition.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery address cannot be verified or delivery is impossible due to access or visibility.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order if the weather is not permitting.
